Obtaining A Non-Resident North Dakota License

If you are a salesperson or broker associate, your designated broker must obtain a North Dakota broker license.

A firm license must also be obtained if your company is a partnership, limited liability partnership, corporation, limited liability company, or association.  You will also need to contact the North Dakota Secretary of State's office in order to conduct business in the state of North Dakota.

You will also need to contact the North Dakota Department Office of State Tax Commissioner for business tax information.
